Travel across the regions of Italy with a celebration of produce and provenance
This August, Sette by Scarpetta will be treating guests to a taste of an Italian summer holiday with a series of events focusing on the culinary traditions across different regions of the country.
Starting on 9th August for two nights each week, Sette will celebrate a different region with a four-course tasting menu, accompanied by live music between 8pm-10pm, and an optional wine pairing.
AUGUST 9th & 10th: CAMPANIA
Start with a trip to the Southern coast of Campania with a menu that celebrates seafood, the multitude of fresh fruit and vegetables, and native water buffalo.
AUGUST 16th & 17th: SARDEGNA
A taste of Sardegna will be showcased with four courses of distinctive Sardinian dishes influenced by the surrounding Mediterranean islands.
AUGUST 23rd & 24th: PUGLIA
The final week will see a feast from Puglia, the region famous for ‘La cucina povera’. With its sunny climate and fertile land, Puglia is a historically poor area with a rich culinary past.
